WOOHOO!! Yes, the Crazy Day Cleveland Markets on the 13th of August were definitely fun. The weather was fantastic and I had plenty of visitors to my stall. I love meeting new people and thoroughly enjoy having clients and friends drop by for a chat. Thank you to all, I appreciate every one of you.

NEUROMUSCULAR RELEASE (NMR) WORKSHOPS ...
I'll be facilitating a Neuromuscular Release (NMR) Workshop early 2026 ... once dates and venue have been confirmed I will share more information. This work shop will teach you how to do NMR on family and/or friends or introduce into your own business. This treatment compliments massage therapy or can be used on its own. All that is required is four towels and a massage table.
