Yes, I'm back ...
I believe if I'm to empower others to heal themselves that healing needs to begin with me. I've been on an increadible journey, learning lessons, releasing/clearing past trauma/beliefs and healing every step of the way. At times it hasn't been easy and I've felt like giving up more than once, but with an amazing support network and practitioners I'm finally on the home stretch.
My first outing was at the Cleveland Markets on Easter Sunday and I thoroughly enjoyed the day; meeting new people and sharing the gift of Neuromuscular Release while exploring how I can assist in their healing moving forward. As I've mentioned before, this always brings joy to my heart.
